The welcomary Privacy Policy refers to the way we collect and use your business and employees’ data. When we talk about "welcomary", "we", "our", or "us" in this policy, we are referring to welcomary, the company.

We’re all about helping new team members make connections, learn about each other and the organization or team - and collecting some personal data is part of how we do that.

Information Gathering and Usage

The personally identifiable information that we collect to create a user account is: name, email address, job title and supervisor name. Optionally, users can add reachable phone number, office/work location, team name, month/year that they started at the organization and a short biography. We exclusively use your data to enhance our product and ensure that your welcomary experience is the best that it can be.

How about usage? We do keep tabs on how our users are using welcomary via tagged Google Analytics events, in order to help identify issues and ways to make the application better.

We understand that there are laws coming in California, Virginia, Colorado and likely other states in the future. As these new laws come into effect, welcomary will update this policy in order to take into consideration our obligations as pertains to our responsible stewardship of your data.
